On|Off confirms on-schedule designers for London Fashion Week

Jean-Pierre Braganza OnOffOn|Off has confirmed four on-schedule catwalk designers for London Fashion Week this season (Sept 17-22 ’10). Jean-Pierre Braganza, Bora Aksu, Louise Gray and Roksanda Ilincic.

Jean-Pierre Braganza was assistant couturier to Roland Mouret before releasing his own label in 2003. He made his off-schedule debut at London Fashion Week in 2004 and his style is influenced by current trends with a futuristic/rock edge and a penchant for black.

Bora Aksu at OnOff Turkish born designer Bora Aksu moved to London 14 years ago. After completing his BA and MA at Central St Martins, he founded his own label straight after graduation thanks to a sponsorship award. His career highlights include winning NEWGEN sponsorship four times.

Louise Gray at OnOff Scottish designer Louise Gray will make her on-schedule debut this season after gaining Fashion East sponsorship three times and now CFE sponsorship. Her signature handwriting includes textures, with hand silk screen printing and specially developed fabrics in woven, embroidered and printing techniques.

Roksanda Ilincic continues to show at On|Off, following the massive success of her catwalk show last season.
The London born designer feels the city has ‘a unique spirit and energy that inspires everybody who lives here’.

On|Off is due to announce its schedule in the next dew weeks.
